She has worked to ensure business readiness for global privacy, online safety, and data protection laws, advising on compliance and best practices. Ariel has extensive experience in educational and children\u2019s privacy and emerging U.S. consumer laws, and has helped shape legislative debates around privacy and children\u2019s digital well-being, briefing U.S. and international policymakers. She has testified before Congress and state legislatures across the country on how technology can be designed to better protect individuals.
