John A. Yanchunis is a lawyer with the firm of Morgan & Morgan Complex Litigation Group and leads the firm’s consumer class action department, and has primary focus for almost 30 years has been class action litigation over a wide range of topics, and in the last 20 plus years, he has a significant focus on data privacy and cyber security. He holds a Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree from the University of Florida. John graduated in 1980 from South Texas College of Law with his juris doctorate degree, magna cum laude. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the State Bar of Texas.
