Registration is in the Law College Atrium on the first (main) floor. All sessions are in the Moot Court Room off of the Atrium. All building entrances should be open beginning at 7:30 a.m. each day. The Atrium entrance, accessible from the east campus side of the building, will be staffed beginning 7:30 am each day.
Parking
CSU offers several visitor parking options. The Central Garage is reserved on April 20 for another event. Please use either the West Garage, 1851 E. 17th Street, or the South Garage, 2101 E. 21st Street.
Hotel
The Crowne Plaza Cleveland at Playhouse Square is located a few blocks west of the law school. Call the hotel’s direct number at 216-615-7500 and mention the CSU Cybersecurity Conference to receive a reduced rate.
From the hotel, the law school is a 5-minute walk east on Euclid Avenue. Additionally, the free E-line trolley runs every 10 minutes and can be boarded at Euclid Avenue and East Ninth Street and taken to East 18th Street, where the law school is on the opposite corner.
Transportation
Transportation to and from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE) is provided by both taxis and public transportation. All major ride-sharing services now are permitted to pick up passengers at either the arrival or departures level. See information here.
Economical public transportation between the airport and the conference hotel is available via Greater Cleveland Regional Transit System’s rapid transit trains. The train (called the “rapid” by Clevelanders) is accessed on the lower level of the main terminal. Trains depart from the airport to downtown Cleveland’s Tower City Center every 15 minutes for most of the day. See information here. The train ride is less than 30 minutes. Once you reach Tower City, you can reach the hotel via a free shuttle ride on the E-Line Trolley down Euclid Avenue. You can also walk to the conference hotel by walking nine blocks east on Euclid Avenue and then turning south on East Ninth Street. The hotel is less than one block south of Euclid Avenue on East Ninth Street. The walk between Tower City and the conference hotel, Metropolitan at the 9, takes approximately 15 minutes.
