Candice Hoke is dedicated to enhancing organizational effectiveness by proactively reducing cybersecurity and information privacy risks as part of both strategic and tactical management. She has developed a dual career as a lawyer and legal educator, as well as an executive and consultant leading organizational and regulatory change.

She is known for her high energy and effective leadership of cross-functional work teams, consistently achieving major compliance and mission objectives in complex, underperforming units despite multiple obstacles. Candice is an effective explicator of cybersecurity threats and managerial controls within legal, C-suite, and non-technical settings.

She is a subject matter expert on emerging privacy and security regulatory and compliance issues in financial services, healthcare delivery, energy, telecommunications, legal services, and other privacy- and security-intensive sectors. Her expertise also includes nonprofit development and capacity building, with a focus on funding and investment strategies.
