Jess Walpole serves as the Chief Technology Officer, responsible for the global cybersecurity program and technical services at Fortress SRM. 

She has over 28 years of Security, IT and Governance experience with Fortune 1000 companies. Throughout her career, she has established and executed strategies to enable digital business transformation to support revenue generation, operational efficiency and risk management.

Jess earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Business Administration from Malone University and is a FBI Citizens Academy Alumni holding the following professional certifications: CISM, CISA, and CGEIT.

Jess is an Ohio native committed to the community and serves on the NEOCC Board and NEO InfraGard. She also actively participates in professional forums and serves as a mentor with CollegeNow.
