Jordan Francis is the Elise Berkower Memorial Fellow at the Future of Privacy Forum (FPF). As a member of FPF’s U.S. Legislation team, Jordan supports research and independent analysis concerning federal, state, and local privacy laws and regulations. Prior to joining FPF, Jordan worked as a legal research fellow with the Cordell Institute for Policy in Medicine & Law at Washington University in St. Louis. Jordan received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 2022, completing the Intellectual Property and Technology Law Concentration.
