Nick is a passionate advocate for the protection of personal and commercial information. He began his journey after law school, where he worked as a consumer rights attorney fighting to ensure that consumers’ credit histories were reported fairly and accurately, and that the sensitive details of a person were only shared with those with a permissible purpose. Nick then transitioned to Third Party Security for a heavily regulated financial institution. There, he conducted security assessments on vendors, negotiated security terms in vendor agreements, and advised stakeholders on the myriad of risks and opportunities that these vendors presented. 

At RSM, Nick uses his experience to assess the overall security posture of clients, to educate them on the various control gaps and opportunities, and to assist them with implementing policies and technologies that will safeguard them against the ever evolving risk landscape.
