Tim is a Senior Deputy Attorney General in the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General’s Public Protection Division. He primarily focuses on consumer protection issues involving privacy, data protection, and cybersecurity. Tim has led some of the largest reported attorneys general privacy investigations and settlements including Equifax, Uber, and Wawa. He is a Certified Information Privacy Professional/United States (CIPP/US) and member of The Sedona Conference Working Group 11.
